Mr. Mark Blundell Chairman & CEO
 Mr. Mark Blundell currently serves as Chairman and CEO of SA International. Prior to this position he has also served as the President and CEO and as the Chairman of the Company from April 2004 to December 2004. Mr. Blundell has had almost 20 years of experience in managing businesses. From 1984 -1985, he served as the Head of Swaps Department for Yamaichi International. Mr. Blundell held the position of Head of the Swaps and Options Department for HongkongBank Limited., from 1985 - 1987. During the years of 1987-1988 he was the Managing Director of CRT Europe. From 1988 - 1991, he served as the CEO of the London Futures & Options Exchange. Mr. Blundell then served as CEO of New Paradigm Software Corporation, from 1992 - 2002. From 2002 to the present, Mr. Blundell served as an independent consultant for several public companies and other organizations. Mr. Blundell holds a Masters Degree in Philosophy, Politics and Economics from Pembroke College, Oxford University.

Mr. Don Feagan President & COO
 Mr. Donald S. Feagan currently serves as President and COO of SA International. Mr. Feagan has over 20 years of experience in the graphic arts and digital printing industry. From 1999 – 2006, Mr. Feagan served as Vice President and Business Manager at Océ North America, Display Graphics Systems. Mr. Feagan also held the position of President and General Manager of ONYX GRAPHICS, a division of Océ Display Graphics Systems from 1999 – 2004 and Director of Sales and Marketing from 1991 – 1993. During the years of 1997 – 1999, he served as Director, Worldwide Marketing, Digital Imaging Business for Ilford Imaging Group. From 1994 – 1997, Mr. Feagan held the position of Director of Product Management, Digital Imaging Systems Division for Calcomp, Inc. and also held several positions with Calcomp, Inc. from 1984 – 1991. Mr. Feagan holds a BS from North Carolina State University.

Mr. William H. McDonnell CFO
 Mr. McDonnell currently serves as the Chief Financial Officer of SA International. Mr. McDonnell has over 12 years of auditing experience. From August 1998 until June 2000, Mr. McDonnell was a Senior Audit Consultant for Unisys Corporation. From June 2000 until June 2004, Mr. McDonnell was the Corporate Controller and Vice President of Finance at FNX Limited, an international financial risk management software development company. Mr. McDonnell holds a BS in Accounting from Georgetown University and passed the certified public accountant examination in 1993.

Mrs. Sarit Tichon Senior VP, Worldwide Sales & Marketing
 Mrs. Sarit Tichon is responsible for sales of the company’s line of professional software solutions through direct channels, distributors, OEMs and dealers around the world. Previously, she held the position of General Manager of SA International’s European subsidiary that was established in January 2001 to manage Europe, Middle East and Africa ("EMEA") within one location. From 1985 to 1988, she held the position of Personal Assistant to the VP of Finance at Degem Systems, Ltd., developer, producer and supplier of training and educational systems. Since 1989, Mrs. Tichon has held several positionswithin SA International including Director of Sales for EMEA.

Mr. Lior Meron VP, Asia Pacific Region
 Mr. Meron currently serves as the VP, Asia Pacific Region, of SA International. Prior to this position, Mr. Meron served as the Director, Asia Pacific Region, from December 2001 - May 2005. He held the position of sales and marketing manager at Annual Production Publishing Company, from early 1992-1997. Mr. Meron was associated with Apple Computer holding an account managerial position, from 1997 - 1999. From 1999 to 2001, he served as director of sales and marketing of Xpert Information Systems, in Herzelia, Israel. Mr. Meron holds a dual BA degree in Economics and Political Science from The Hebrew University of Jerusalem, School of Economics.

Mr. Ran Rosin VP, Product Management
Mr. Rosin currently holds the position of VP, Product Management of SA International. Prior to his current position, Mr. Rosin held the position of VP, CNC Software for SA International. Prior to this position he served as the Director, CNC Software for SA International. In that capacity, he leads product and business development initiatives for EnRoute, one of SA International's primary product lines. Mr. Rosin joined the company in 1996 as a QA Engineer; in 1999 he was promoted to Product Manager of EnRoute. Mr. Rosin has a BS in Mechanical Engineering with minor concentrations in computer science and biotechnology from the University of Tel Aviv.

Mr. Eyal Friedman VP, Technical Services
 Mr. Friedman currently holds the position of Vice President, Technical Services for SA International. Prior to this position he held the position of Director of Professional Services and Support for SA International. Mr. Friedman joined SA International in 2000 serving as a Technical Support Rep. for the SA Europe office and he recently rejoined the company in January 2004 serving as the Professional Services Manager. Prior to SA International, from 1998 – 2000, he served as a Sales and Technical Support Rep. for Chemical Technical Supply ("CTS"). From 2002 – 2003, Mr. Friedman served as an Application Engineer for MATAN, a digital printer manufacturer. Mr. Friedman holds a BA in Business
Administration and Software Practical Engineer from Ruppin College, Israel.

Mr. Matthew Scher Director of Product Management
 Mr. Scher holds the position of Director of Product Management of SA International since October 2003. Mr. Scher joined the company in July 1994 as an applications engineer and previously worked part-time as an application specialist starting in May 1992. He was promoted to Quality Assurance Manager in March 1997, and also took on the role as product manager in October 1999. Mr. Scher holds a BA degree in Chemistry from the University of Rochester. |

Mr. Stephen Ball Director of Strategic Accounts
 Mr. Ball holds the position of Director of Strategic Accounts for SA International. Mr. Ball joined the company in 2000 serving as Western Region Sales Manager and Strategic Account Manager. Prior to SA International, from 1966 – 1983, he held several sales and marketing positions for AM-Bruning with his last position as Director of Western Operations. From 1983 – 1986, Mr. Ball served as the President and COO of Cascade Graphics. He held the position of Executive Vice President and COO of Racal-Redac Group, from 1986 - 1988. During the period of 1988 – 1992, Mr. Ball served as the President of American Graphtec, Inc. From 1992 – 1998, he held the position of VP Marketing & Latin American Sales Manager of Western Graphtec. Mr. Ball also served as the West Coast Digital Media Sales Manager of Azon Corporation, from 1998 – 2000. Mr Ball holds a BA in Marketing from the University of Georgia, GA and a MS in Business from the Georgia Institute of Technology, GA. |
